ABOUT US

The Aln Valley Miniature Railway is a family-friendly attraction in Northumberland, England, set in the beautiful countryside, and offers a scenic ride on one of our miniature trains.

The railway is 7 1/4" gauge, and is run by a team of enthusiasts. We have a fleet of locomotives, including steam, diesel, and electric engines.

Our rides are suitable for all ages, but is aimed towards younger children. We also have a cafe and gift shop on site, so you can enjoy a bite to eat or pick up a souvenir before or after your ride.

We are open every weekend until late September, and on selected days during the winter months. We are also open for special events, such as Halloween and Christmas.
